CAMP Applications
NOTE: NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR 2025-2026!
PLEASE NOTE: AT THIS TIME, WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT STUDENTS WHO ARE ACTIVELY ENROLLED AT WENATCHEE VALLEY COLLEGE IN 12 CREDITS OR MORE BEGINNING FALL QUARTER 2025.
Please complete the following steps:
- Schedule a meeting with our CAMP Recruiter to determine your eligibility and participation
in our program. Use this link to book your appointment: Schedule Meeting with CAMP Recruiter!
- Complete Online CAMP Application (takes approximately 20 min).
- Request Online CAMP Evaluation to be completed by a school counselor, teacher, coach, or work supervisor. Once completed,
please send us an email to confirm that your evaluation was submitted.
- Submit Eligibility Documentation – Our CAMP Recruiter will assist you in determining what document you need to submit
to verify your eligibility.
- Certificate of Eligibility (COE) from the Migrant Education Program (MEP)
OR - Completed Employer Verification Form – Provided by our CAMP Recruiter
- Certificate of Eligibility (COE) from the Migrant Education Program (MEP)
- Please provide a copy of your High School Transcript (unofficial is okay) or G.E.D. Certificate to CAMP. You will need to submit a final transcript if you have already graduated
from high school or once you graduate from high school. Running Start students -- please submit unofficial college transcripts in addition to your high school transcript.
- FAFSA application completion confirmation with SAI (student aid index) for 2025-2026. Apply for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at studentaid.gov. If you would like assistance in completing your application, please book an appointment with our CAMP Recruiter and they will happily assist you or answer any questions you may have.
After Completion of Steps:
Our CAMP Recruiter will be in communication as applicants’ complete steps to join our program. Once all documents are submitted, eligible participants are contacted to come in-person for an interview with our CAMP staff.
Please note: acceptance into our program is not guaranteed upon completion of application materials. Acceptance is based on applicant meeting program selection criteria, availability in program (first come-first serve), and academic plans of applicant. Thank you!
