Degree Audit
An online advising tool that allows you to view degree and certificate requirements and track your completed coursework towards completion of chosen degree or certificate program. To use the degree audit, you will need your student ID and PIN. Please remember that the system is a tool to help students. The final decisions about meeting the requirements for a degree rest with the Registrar. Every possible precaution has been taken to insure that the information you get is accurate. However, if your audit does not look right to you, please bring it to your academic advisor or email transcriptevals@wvc.edu.
At this time, the Degree Audit is in transition of displaying courses transferred in. If you have had a transcript evaluation request since Fall 2017 your degree audit should display transferred-in course work.
Upon reviewing your official transcripts from your previous college and/or university, it is possible we do not have an equivalent course here at WVC, however, that does not mean we are not able to accept the course. You may see a course on your degree audit listed as HUM 900, CMST 900, ANTH 900, BIO-Z 900L, ELECT 900, etc… Courses like these or similar are courses that were transferred in that we do not have a close enough course offered here to have it appear as you would see on your transcript from your former college and/or university. If you do see a course like the above listed and it is shown as not being used, please talk to your academic advisor or email transcriptevals@wvc.edu.
Note: Degrees are in the process of being added to the Audit function. If you do not see your degree or certificate in the drop down menu, you will need to submit an evaluation request through the Registration office.
Changes to the AAS-DTA Degree: The Associate of Arts and Sciences-DTA degree has been revised for 2018-2019. You will see that our 2018-2019 AAS-DTA now has a diversity requirement, which is displayed on your degree audit. Please refer to our diversity webpage and/or college catalog to see what course you could take that would fulfill this new requirement for all new incoming students of the 2018-2019 academic year.
Degree Audit has three main features:
Degree Audit: Run an audit of your current academic record against any degree or certificate listed for Wenatchee Valley College to view your progress towards graduation. You will select the appropriate degree from the drop down menu (new ones added as completed), then click "Run Audit". Once open, you can select "Expand All" to see all the courses used in the Audit. When a distribution area within a degree is complete, you will see a green check mark next to the title of that area. If the green check mark is not present, the requirements for that area have not been met.
You will see an “*” next to either courses you are currently enrolled and/or registered for. These courses are added in the total amount of credits for advising purposes, however, it does not mean that you have earned that credit.
Academic Planner: View an academic plan of future coursework recommended by your advisor. An academic plan is a listing of tentative future coursework by quarter.
Advising Notes: View advising notes your advisor may leave for you. For example, an advisor may summarize decisions made during your meeting or note advising recommendations.
