Activate ctcLinkWhat is ctcLink? ctcLink is kind of like the computer brain behind WVC. It's the online system all the departments at the college use to make registration, admissions, financial aid, cashiering and more, work smoothly. Please follow these steps to start using ctcLink:
1. Activate Your Account (Click the dropdown on ID Type and select ctcLink ID or SID, enter your ID number) 3. Update Your Personal Information 4. Registration Video (Video Tutorial on How to Search and Enroll in Classes) Please note: When you go to the mobile version of ctcLink to pay tuition, you must activate your ctcLink Student Self-Service page by going to your self-service page in the desktop version of ctcLink first, at https://gateway.ctclink.us/ before you can use the mobile version of ctcLink to pay tuition. Log in InformationAccess to WVC Electronic ResourcesStudents at Wenatchee Valley College have access to many different computer resources using different sets of credentials. Please remember to keep your credentials private. Your information security is important. If you have any problems with access, please call the the Helpdesk.

Network AccessA network logon account is provided to every student enrolled in a credit class. This account is required to access the Internet, Wi-Fi, email and computers across campus. If you are experiencing difficulty with access, check with your instructor, or call the Helpdesk at (509) 682-6550. Please note: Your credentials are very important. They allow you to access confidential information. Please take adequate precautions to ensure your security. Passwords expire periodically and your account will be locked after several unsuccessful logon attempts. If you need to reset your password, you may be asked to provide identification. |

Email AccessAll students have been issued an e-mail account. Access to email on campus is available through Outlook and off campus, through the Outlook Web App. Your WVC email addressYour WVC email address consists of your first initial, last name and the last four digits of your ctcLink student ID number followed by @student.wvc.edu. Example: the email address of Robert Smith would be RSmith1234@student.wvc.edu.
To login to email, go to: https://outlook.office.com/mail On Campus AccessLog on to campus computers using your username and password. You can access your email through Outlook. Off Campus AccessStudents can access their email off campus by visiting https://outlook.office.com/mail and login with their email address and password. Device Email SetupWe recommend that you use the Outlook App which is available for download via the iOS App Store or Google Play. Configuration instructions are available upon request. Please click here for device email configuration instructions. Spam ControlWVC has software that detects and quarantines most spam e-mail messages before they get to your Inbox. Wi-Fi AccessThe Wenatchee Valley College Wi-Fi Network provides free wireless Internet access to any member of the college community with a student or staff logon account and a Wi-Fi capable device.
Note: Since wireless bandwidth is shared among all users connected within a given area, network speed may be noticeably slower when many people are using the wireless network. |
