How to Log In to the SAS Portal (Students)

To log in, click the button at the top of this page or visit wvc.edu/studentaccess.

You will use your WVC Single Sign On (your student email login). If you are having trouble with your username or password, please contact the WVC Help Center for assistance.

If you prefer step-by-step written instructions with screenshots, you can download the SAS Portal Handout (.docx). This guide walks you through logging in and requesting accommodations.

You may also watch the SAS Portal Sign In video below.

How to Submit Your Accommodation Requests

After logging in, you will need to request your accommodations each quarter if you plan to use them.

The Requesting Accommodations in the SAS Portal video below walks you through the process step by step.

If you prefer written instructions, the SAS Portal Handout (.docx) also explains how to submit your quarterly accommodation requests.

Once your request is marked “Approved” in the portal, your instructors will automatically receive a faculty notification letter outlining your approved accommodations for their course.

If you are unsure whether your request went through, or if you have questions, please contact SAS. We are happy to help.

How to Schedule Your Tests with SAS

If you plan to take exams in the Student Access Testing Center (SATC), you must schedule your test at least three business days in advance.

For written instructions with screenshots, download the SATC Scheduling Handout (.docx). You can also watch the Scheduling Tests in the SAS Portal video below.

Omak students should coordinate directly with their instructor to arrange accommodated testing spaces.
