Internal audiences (on-campus only): Feel free to create your own posters. Take 25 copies to the student programs office in Van Tassell. Work study or ASWVC students will place the posters around campus within 48 hours.
External audiences (community, k-12 schools, Discover Magazines, etc.): Make sure that you have adequate promotional funds in your department budget. Next, contact your dean or vice president as they will give approval for the public information office to begin your project. Once approved, contact the public information office executive director to get help coordinating your project. You can also fill out the Order Marketing Material form.

It's important to "check-in" a page while inside the editor. This prevents another user from making changes to the same page at the same time. It will also open up more option to you as a user in terms of page property options. Once you're finished editing, you must "check-out" of the page so that someone else can edit once you're finished. If you don't, everyone will be locked out of the page.
