WVC collects a $20 clock hour fee, in addition to the published class fee, for every clock hour approved course. 

Important instruction and information will be sent via email after registration. 

Issuance of clock hours transcript
WA teacher clock hour transcripts are processed within 7-10 business days after receipt of completed course evaluation(s). Evaluations will be sent by email after class completion.
