In 2026, Lindsey completed the Washington community and technical college system's Middle Leadership Academy, which provided mid-level leaders with an opportunity to develop skills in equity-centered leadership, institutional transformation, and student success.

Bio

Lindsey brings experience in workforce development, strategic project coordination, administrative operations, and community partnership-building. Before transitioning into the director of Presidential Initiatives position, she served in WVC’s Workforce Education department, where she connected college programs with regional workforce needs, industry partners, and student opportunities. Lindsey also previously served as an administrative assistant at WVC.
